Samples & Proofs
Samples are sold in order to allow customers to purchase full orders with confidence. If samples are not purchased before ordering, Invites Your Way cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretations of colour, size, materials etc due to quality of PC and monitor colour reproduction. All monitors and media project slight variations in colour and tone, therefore we encourage you to purchase samples to avoid disappointment and to ensure complete satisfaction with your stationery
Any text must be proof read by the customer before submitting to Invites Your Way. We will of course proof read ourselves before committing to print, but once the samples and any text are approved by yourself, we cannot be held responsible for errors that have been unnoticed or uncorrected at this stage
Any alterations required will incur extra charges but in the unlikely event of an error having been made on our part, we will of course rectify this as soon as possible at no charge to yourself
Invites Your Way advise you that we are in no way responsible for obtaining copyright permission for any published text that is to be used in your stationery such as poems, readings or hymns for example. Permission is assumed to have been obtained by the customer prior to ordering
Sample Swatch Decks
You can obtain a sample swatch to help choose your stationery colours and finishes either by a Hire & Return or Purchase & Keep system. If you wish to hire a swatch and return it to us, you can order on our 'Order Samples ' page. We will email you an invoice and once payment is received we will post your swatch to you. You in return must agree to return the swatch to us by post, in a padded envelope when finished with it, in the condition that it was received. Any damage to the swatch will incur loss of the deposit fee paid. Sample Swatches are priced as:
Hire & Return £10.00 (refundable on return in good condition)
Purchase & Keep £7.50 (refundable on orders over £175)
Payment
On placing an order, a 50% deposit is required as confirmation. The outstanding balance will be payable 4 weeks before the delivery date of your stationery
For orders that are required within 6 weeks of ordering, we do require full payment at the time of ordering
Payment can be made by cheque or by PayPal via an invoice which is emailed to you by ourselves
Work will not commence on any orders until the deposit (or full payment for orders required within 6 weeks of order date) has been received
Despatch of completed orders will only occur once payment of the balance has been received and cleared
Cancellation of Orders
Please be advised that your 50% deposit is non refundable. This is in no way intended to cause inconvenience, it is simply due to the fact that this deposit is used to purchase many of the materials required to make your order
If cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the date of delivery, then any outstanding balance must be paid in full
Orders that are cancelled whilst the order is in progress prior to 6 weeks before delivery date will incur loss of the deposit plus cost of any work carried out up to the date of cancellation
Cancellation notice is accepted by email or telephone to halt work swiftly but must also be confirmed in writing
All of our stationery is made to order, therefore any refund or exchange will only be possible if the goods are found to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your finished stationery
Delivery
Invites Your Way uses only reputable courier services to deliver your stationery with a signature required upon delivery. When arranging for delivery of your stationery, we will agree with you a convenient day for it's arrival. Saturday deliveries are available at a small additional charge. Price upon request
Invites Your Way can ship overseas too. Prices upon request
Parcels up to 5kg are charged at £15 per delivery eg Invitations, Order of Service, Menu's etc
Larger parcels (over 5kg and including table plans) are charged at £18 per delivery
Multiple deliveries may be necessary if ordering Table Plans and personalised Placecards for example, as your finalised guest list may not be completed until shortly before the wedding date. Therefore please be advised that each delivery will be charged at the rates stated above
Invites Your Way cannot accept liability for any delays, loss or damage to goods on behalf of the courier once they have left our posession
Availability & Timing of Orders
It is advisable to order as much of your stationery at the same time as is possible to ensure consistency of materials used and also availability to avoid disappointment however we understand that this is not always possible if final guest numbers are not confirmed when ordering
As our stationery is handmade to order, it is best to allow the maximum amount of time between ordering and the date that you require your stationery to arrive by, although most orders can be easily completed within 6 weeks. Orders that are required sooner must be discussed with us prior to ordering to ensure that we can accommodate you and of course must be paid for at the time of ordering
Handcrafted goods
As our stationery is handmade, there may be very slight variations to the pieces but due to the quality of workmanship and attention to detail, we will ensure that this is kept to a minimum
